2bind is a dynamic and aspiring contract research organization in the field of biophysical analysis. Our clients and collaborators mainly work in drug discovery, aptamer generation, antibody development and protein biochemistry.

Our mission is to support and help our clients and partners with innovative biophysical services.

We are located in Regensburg, the center of the emerging South German “Bioregio”, a cluster of high-tech, biotech, and life science industry players.

We utilize biophysical tools such as MST, GCI, HeliX, Spectral Shift, Dianthus, BLI, and ITC for studying molecular interactions in terms of affinity, kinetics, thermodynamics, and stoichiometry. Additionally, nanoDSF, DLS, SEC MALS and other methods are applied for protein bioanalytics and pre-formulation development.

Technology partnerships with innovative device developers such as NanoTemper, Creoptix and Dynamic Biosensors allow us to work with latest biophysical tools.
