Hannover Medical School Neurology

The Department of Neurology of Hannover Medical is part of a large University Medical Centre. It hosts one of the largest German ALS outpatient clinics which is led by S. Petri. Her research group consists of two part-time (50%) technicians, 2 PhD-students, 3 MD-students, 1 post-doc, and 4 physicians. Main research interests are ALS pathomechanisms and novel therapeutic strategies.
