Project Manager (m/f/d)
Activities and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Keep the project on spec (scope), time and cost as it was in the contract.
- Show to the stakeholder the Communication and negotiation skills.
- Think outside the box to find solutions to the challenges that projects present, in accordance with the company's governance and procedures.
- Working directly in life cycle of projects, realizing the management of scope, schedule, costs, resources, Stakeholders, Acquisitions, quality and Risk.
Qualification profile
The essential requirements of the job include:
- B.E/B.Tech (Process/Chemical/Mechanical/Equivalent).
- M.Tech/MS/MBA would be an advantage.
- 5 - 10 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of experience in project management of equipment used in Food & Beverage manufacturing in an EPC company.
- Experience of working with outside subcontractors including mechanical fabricators, electronic fabricators, Software designers and automation experts.
- Commercial acumen on project level.
- Intermediate English is a minimum.
- Ability and willingness to work in a multinational and interdisciplinary team with some degree on global travelling
- Should have driving license and valid passport
- Process in Food and Beverage environment.
